Directions:

  1. Put a large plate into the freezer.
  2. Place candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high in 30-second increments. Next, you will stir in between each heat session until candy is fully melted.
  3. Place a spoon full of melted candy into each mold cavity. Then, use the spoon or pastry brush to coat the entire mold cavities, making sure to get up the edges.
  4. Put the mold in the freezer for 5 minutes, then remove and repeat step 3 for the second layer of candy coating. Be sure to freeze the mold for another 5 minutes after that.
  5. Then pour remaining melted candy into a pastry bag or ziplock bag and snip the end with scissors.
  6. Add chocolate melting wafers to a pastry bag or ziplock bag and heat in microwave for 30-second intervals. Be sure to start massaging the bag between each heat session until fully melted. Snip of the end or corner with scissors.
  7. Remove candy-coated molds and plates from the freezer, and remove white candy half spheres from the mold. Place on a chilled plate.
  1. Add one tablespoon of cappuccino mix to 6 of the half spheres.
  2. Heat the small plate in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Place one empty half-sphere upside down on the plate and move around slightly to melt the top layer. Place on top of the cappuccino-filled sphere and secure the two ends together by piping a bit of white candy at the seam.
  4. Using the milk chocolate-filled pastry bag, drizzle the top of the cappuccino bomb with melted milk chocolate in a back and forth motion. Add sprinkles on top.
  5. Once they’re decorated to your liking, place them in a mug and pour in 6 oz of hot water or milk. Stir well and enjoy.

I hope you enjoy these delicious White Chocolate Caramel Cappuccino Bombs. If coffee isn’t your thing, I also have a recipe for some Valentine’s Day Hot Cocoa Bombs!
