There are many proven ways to minimize anxiety and sometimes this can happen without medication, but always check with your doctor first!
When you meet with your doctor to address your symptoms of anxiety, they may recommend an anxiety or anti-depressant medication which is totally okay! But, I also believe that it’s a good idea to consider different ways to lessen anxiety for those days when you just want to escape and relax.

Here’s how you can minimize anxiety with ease:
Drink Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea can help reduce the jitters you have with anxiety because it contains some of the same compounds found in valium to minimize anxious moments.
Take a Walk
Get outside and take a walk in the woods or your backyard, someplace where you won’t run into people. Enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and sounds of nature as you reduce your anxious thoughts.
Unfriend People
Social media can be a huge culprit for inducing anxiety, try to remove or unfollow anyone in your social media circle that fuels your anxious moments. Trust me, do that social media detox and you’ll feel SO much better.
Get Some Vitamins
Often times lack of nutrients in our body can play a huge role in how often anxiety impacts our life. Magnesium is a good vitamin to start with to help minimize anxiety without prescription medication.
Get Some Sleep
There’s nothing wrong with taking a midday nap if anxiety is consuming you, just be careful to not take too long or too often of a nap as this could turn anxiety into depression.
Take a Deep Breath
Deep breathing techniques can do wonders to minimize anxiety throughout your day and it doesn’t take much effort. Pause for a minute, deep breath in and deep breath out until you feel calm.
Exercise Daily
Try to set up a regular routine of daily exercise as this will help in the long run to minimize your anxiety. Daily exercises naturally boost your happy hormones and fight anxiety naturally.
Lavender Scents
Try to keep incense and candles as well as essential oil diffusers in the home with lavender as a scent option. Lavender has been known to calm stress and anxiety without having to take medication.
Anxiety is something that many people have been diagnosed with. While I have no idea what has caused this influx in anxiety, perhaps it’s our busy lifestyles. I do know that these tips I shared today help minimize your anxiety symptoms with ease and allow you to consider homeopathic solutions first.
