These are the best holiday Champagne Cupcakes you have never made before! This recipe will wow all of your guests on New Years Eve!

There’s nothing better than to celebrate with your friends, drink champagne at midnight, and indulge yourself with amazing cupcakes! It’s a quick and easy dessert that can tie right into the theme of your New Years Eve party.
I don’t bake a lot, but this recipe was something I HAD to try. I love champagne, but never thought to cook or bake with it!
Ingredients To Make Champagne Cupcakes:
Cupcakes

- 2 3/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup champagne
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Frosting

- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp champagne
- Gold nonpareils sprinkles
- Gold star shaped sprinkles
How To Make Champagne Cupcakes:
Cupcakes

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add in vanilla, mix.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between.
- Stir in champagne. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet, mixing well in between each addition.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cupcakes begin to turn golden brown.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before frosting.
Frosting

- In a large bowl, mix butter until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and milk, mix well.

- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing well in between each addition.
- Stir in champagne.

- Pipe icing onto cooled cupcakes.
- Top with gold sprinkles.
