30 Journaling Prompts For Self Reflection

by | Jul 29, 2020 | Wellness | 0 comments

Many people use journaling prompts to focus on a specific topic, or they use them to clear their heads in a brain dump. Several of my friends swear by journaling, and they do it every single day.

I have had trouble with journaling in the past because I can’t seem to sit down and write things down on paper. I prefer typing instead of writing because it’s much quicker to get my thoughts out, but all of my coaches have told me that putting pen to paper helps you retain more information. And, I honestly agree.

We all know what journaling is, but do you know what journaling prompts are? Journaling prompts simply give you an idea or a topic to expand upon. You’ll start by reading a journal prompt, think about the topic, and start writing whatever comes to mind.

If you’re a blogger, these can help you get out of that funk when you’re feeling blogger burnout, or you have writer’s block, too! They can also help anyone struggling with a mindset block by strengthening areas of weakness and reducing anxiety during those difficult times.

I wanted to provide you with 30 journaling prompts to help you identify where you’re currently at in your life, what you need to work on, and things you want to change. It’s time to do the work and take action. If you only write them down and do nothing about them, nothing will change.

Are you ready to shift your mindset? If so, get that pen and paper out right now and start writing!
